Shipping

When shipping, it is important to ship cultures to arrive alive alive at your door. This is after all what you are paying for. To ensure this we follow some strict rules.

We utilize The Courier Guy or Aramex depending on your Location. All orders are shipped Monday to Wednesdays to ensure that your order is not held over a weekend.

All Rotifers, Copepods etc is packed with enough food for a minimum time period of 2 days. Reef Stew is currently not shipped and is only available from select fish stores due the high density of Zooplankton
